Delivery Information

Self-pick up - No delivery charge.

At 32-1, Jalan Temenggung 17/9, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, 43200 Cheras, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Self pick up time is 9am to 12pm & 2pm to 5pm. (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery fee:

Delivery within West Malaysia, East Malaysia & Singapore. 

  • West Malaysia for the first kg MYR 10, second kg add MYR 2 and subsequent kg will be MYR 1.  
  • East Malaysia for the first kg MYR 20, second kg add MYR 10 and subsequent kg will be MYR 5.  East Malaysia postage will be delivered using Teleport, Flash or Pos Domestic Malaysia.
  • Singapore for the first kg MYR 30 and subsequent kg will be MYR 10.  Singapore postage will be delivered using Teleport or local transporters.
  • For West Malaysia’s customers, we are using Best Express or outsource local transporters to send the order.
  • We will notify you through email when your order is shipped.

Delivery Methods & Conditions: Normal operation 

  • Once payment is received, we will process the order on the following working day by sending a consignment note number for your tracking.  Delivery schedule is Monday to Friday. Cut off time for delivery will be at 2pm.  Any payment after 2pm will be arranged to deliver on the next working day.  No delivery on Sunday & Public holiday.
  • Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the order out of the Kuala Lumpur area.  Kindly expect a slight delay in delivery and high parcel volume during peak season period.  We are not held liable for any delay in delivery that is not within our control.
  • Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. Good supplies delivered to the buyer are deemed to be the account of the buyer. Copy of the consignment note is to be signed with NRIC as a proof of delivery. 
  • Any defect, shortages or wrong product delivered, must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery at 012-6758713 (WhatsApp). This can be done by email or phone call. Proof of purchased will need to be quoted (order number, online receipt number or invoice).
